They're a little more pricey than straight powder, but this is much more convenient. The flavor is pretty good up front, with a little bit of an aftertaste - but not bad at all. They chew more like a "star" candy, which I actually prefer over real gummies. The give 5 mgs of creatine, which is my preferred daily dose. And since they're manufactured in USA, I actually believe these contain what the label says. I really like them for those days I can't mix the cheaper stuff. You can throw these in your gym bag, and you're good to go.

The texture is like a softer now & later with a very candy like flavor (in a good way) I did not feel much a difference in energy level, but the chews were effective for maintaining muscle mass on days I was strength training. This product is a good idea to get an easy-to-use dose of creatine but taste good.

As others have said I wish it was stronger to be more effective, but easy to remember to take and not have to make a milkshake. At a lower price and better ratio of ingredients, it could be great.

Some supplement/vitamin gummies are hit and miss for either flavor or texture- this one’s a hit on both.
Flavors good (still a supplement gummy)- but the texture is actually perfect. I’m liking this brand a lot.
Regarding dosage- it’s what I expect/ is good for me.

Purchased these to try something new, and so far I like them! I was worried that they would have a taste I was not fond of, but I do actually like them, they taste like candy. You take 4 as a serving. I have noticed a noticeable uptick in my energy levels and for the price point I think they are worth it. So far, I would purchase again.

The Vitaboost Strawberry/Watermelon Gummies are incredible. First time purchasing and was hoping for a good creatine Gummy and I’m now hooked. Work great. Taste great. Will buy again.
